Cancellation Policy
Wax Spa Policies
We value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our schedule, please review our policies below:
📌 Cancellations & No-Shows
• All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
📌 Late Policy
• There is a 10-minute grace period.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation (50% charge applies).
• A $10 late fee will be added if you arrive within the 10-minute grace period but past your appointment start time.
• You must call or text your technician if you are running late.
📌 Deposits (Optional but highly recommended for a wax spa)
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
📌 Courtesy & Cleanliness
• Please arrive clean and showered before your appointment.
• For best results, ensure hair growth is at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice).
📌 Children & Guests
• For safety and relaxation, no extra guests or children are allowed in the treatment room.
📌 Refunds
• All services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
